Refunds Policy

Services Refund Policy 

While we make every effort to make customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. Unfortunately, for all our services & rituals we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes packages) purchases, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 hours of the booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns.

Products Return

Unused and not open products in original package can be requested for refund within 2 weeks of purchase with a receipt. 

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packing with proof of purchase receipt.

No Show/Same Day Cancellations 

All no show appointments are non-refundable. Same day cancellation are non-refundable. Any appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled in 24 hours or you will be charged a No-Show fee of $50.
